Welcome To The Lair

GCB is a Basketball Club based in Memphis, TN. We house 4 different age groups for boys - 16u, 15u, 14u, and 8u. Our program is dedicated to the holistic development of both players and people. We focus on preparing student-athletes for success on and off the court by providing meaningful exposure and college placement opportunities, while giving children the support and opportunity to pursue and achieve their dreams. Here we teach that everything is earned, not given. The Spring and Summer schedules are posted below. Our Spring/Summer Season will culminate this year with the AAU Global Games and a trip to Honolulu, Hawaii, in early July! Let's get better, grow, and have some fun!

The Memphis Ghost Cats Basketball Club is excited and proud to announce the launch of our Girls Division with the Memphis Lady Ghost Cats! LGCB will kick off its inaugural season in Spring 2026. Can't wait to get to work. Ladies, let's rock!

Year 2 tryouts

The Memphis Ghost Cats are excited to be in YEAR 2! We are even more excited to expand our program. This year, we will be adding four (4) more age groups to the family: 16U, 15U, 14U, and 8U! In addition to our new age groups, we will also be playing an Elite Grassroots Schedule coupled with our developmental schedule. Our goal will always be to develop athletes and young men. However, we are also adding an element of strategic exposure this year. We've expanded and added to our staff to better serve this effort. Let's Rock!

At GCB we focus on losing the "I" for the "we." Each athlete is talented in their own right & brings value to the club. Each athlete plays a role in the club's success and growth.

Defense keeps you on the court as an athlete. It wins championships. It stops momentum. It stops runs. It pays for college. It makes 10-Year long NBA Careers. Defense IS basketball. And we play it. A lot of it.

Our TeaM Fee

The Memphis Ghost Cats Basketball Club strives to make the Developmental and Expourse Spring and Summer Experience as pain-free and enjoyable as possible. In that spirit, we ask families to pay a one-time, non-refundable Team Fee of $750. Payment Plans are available.

GCB relies on donations and sponsorships to fund travel expenses. Every dollar donated goes directly to these initiatives.
